Service Delivery Policy

UDBOARD is software delivered over the internet. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping or delivery charges. You use UDBOARD in your web browser and in our mobile apps.

Your workspace is available immediately after you sign up and verify your email. When you buy or upgrade a paid plan, the plan's features are available as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. A confirmation and receipt are sent to the email address on your account.

A new phone number bought inside UDBOARD is usually ready to use within a few minutes. Some countries require identity or address documents before a number can be activated; in that case the number becomes available once the carrier approves them.

Moving (porting) an existing number to UDBOARD is handled by the carriers involved and usually takes 5–15 business days. We keep you updated by email until the move is complete.

If you paid and cannot access what you bought, email support@udboard.com or call +91 83409 80412. We respond within one business day. If we cannot deliver it, you are covered by our Refund Policy.
