Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Call recordings are stored securely and accessible only to authorised workspace members.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings and logs are retained for 12 months by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as telephony carriers, email providers, and cloud infrastructure). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

6. Your Rights
