Terms of Service — UDBOARD

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UDBOARD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UDBOARD is a cloud-based VoIP CRM platform that enables businesses to manage calls, leads, deals, tickets, and team communications. Features and availability may change at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations including telecommunications laws in your jurisdiction. VoIP and call recording features must comply with applicable consent and wiretapping laws.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you import or create within UDBOARD. We do not claim ownership over your contacts, call records, or business data. Upon account termination you may export your data within 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party carriers, internet outages, or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDBOARD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
